Inclement Weather Policy

Our biggest priority in the event of inclement weather is your safety. If you feel you cannot travel safely to your appointment, please email, text, or call us to reschedule your appointment for a day and/or time that works best for you.

In the event that we are unable to open the office due to an inclement weather event, we will provide you as much notice at possible. We will contact you by phone to reschedule your appointment in the event of an office closure.

Our 24-hour cancellation policy is waived in the event of federal government delays or closings due to inclement weather.
