Have you had a baby recently?

Are you struggling to make it to acupuncture appointments?

The initial days and weeks after giving birth are crucial for women to recover and bond with their newborn baby. Transitioning from pregnancy to parenthood can make even small efforts toward self-care unattainable. Acupuncture and Chinese herbs are vital to postpartum care because these modalities can reduce pain, reduce stress, increase relaxation and sleep, speed recovery, and increase the production of breast milk. Unfortunately, many moms have either reduced or stopped their acupuncture treatments all together because of the strain on their time and energy.

Uptown Acupuncture understands the importance of continued care, and for this reason, we are pleased to announce our postpartum home visit program. Beginning August 1, 2018, our postpartum mothers will have access to acupuncture and Chinese herbal consultations in the comfort of their home. Home visits will be available every Monday. Postpartum mothers can take advantage of this program for 12 months after the birth of their child.

Call or email us today if you are interested in taking advantage of this program.
